This program explores Feelizations and practices to help 'wake up' the tensegrity structure of our frame. The core idea is to find the 'Ready State' in our most fundamental, KISS shapes and extrapolate that experience out to be able to maintain integration within and increasingly complex myriad of variations and eventually within any shape used to manifest our intent. Learning to balance active and passive 'modes' of training, externalizing and internalizing Integrated Strength movement patterns and learning how to find freedom within single movement practice are all covered in this program.
